ProFiLE – Promoting Financial Literacy in Europe

The kick-off meeting took place at our FCH campus in Cheltenham on 11th and 12th November 2019. This project brings together seven partnering institutions to develop, pilot and authenticate a package of financial literacy tools for children between the ages of 7 and 11 across Europe. Our partners institutions are schools and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) from Italy, UK, Hungary and Croatia. The European Union has funded this three year project through its Erasmus+ scheme. Charles Afriyie, Mouhamed Thiam and Clair Vincent from the University’s Accounting and Finance course group are leading the project.
