University of Gloucestershire staff create over 500 protective visors for front line workers using 3D printer


Staff from the University of Gloucestershire have finished printing and packaging over 500 protective shields for health care workers in Gloucestershire. ​​

​The University has teamed up with local efforts over the past seven weeks, led by Balcarras School, which has seen approximately 3,500 protective shields produced. They have been sent to both Cheltenham General and Gloucestershire Royal Hospitals as well as local care homes and other key workers. Click here to find out more.
