Unfit for Purpose – Professor’s new book launched today

Adam Hart, Professor of Science Communication, has published his new book, Unfit for Purpose. The book explores the health and social implications of living a ‘modern-day life in a stone-age body’.
Adam explores the mismatch between our fundamental biology and the modern world we have created, revealing how biological adaptations that evolved to help us survive and thrive now work against us.
