Award winner will present Michael Perham University and Cathedral Lecture

Award-winning writer and campaigner Hannah Malcolm will explore the relationship between environmental issues and faith when she presents the Michael Perham University and Cathedral Lecture 2022.

Entitled ‘Faith in a Time of Climate Change’, Hannah will consider questions such as ‘What does the climate crisis reveal to us about being human?’ and ‘How should we rethink our faith in the face of global collapse?’.

Hannah (pictured) was the winner of the 2019 Church Times Theology Slam – a competition endorsed by the Archbishop of Canterbury and judged by top theologians – and edited Words for a Dying World: Stories of Grief and Courage from the Global Church. Visit Eventbrite to register your free place for the event on Monday 23 May, and you can read more about this story on the University website.
