Honorary Research Fellow publishes latest book

Dr Nigel Scotland, former University Chaplain and lecturer at St Paul’s and St Mary’s Colleges (predecessors of University of Gloucestershire), has published his latest book, Blood and Fire.

He was Field Chair of Religious Studies and Theology from 1989-2004, and has been an Honorary Research Fellow of the University since 2007.

Nigel said: “In this time of pandemic, spiralling prices, fuel shortages, war in Ukraine, strikes and the threat of strikes, political uncertainty and a steep decline in church membership, I have written this book about revival movements which transformed societies and cultures.”

The book is available through Amazon UK and UK Christian book shops.
