Entries open for Ingenuity competition

Running until June 2023, Ingenuity brings together students, graduates and members of the local community to develop exciting new start-ups and grassroots initiatives that can create meaningful and significant impact across the UK.
Ingenuity is your chance to turn your ideas for change into businesses creating impact. The competition provides an opportunity for you to receive investment and specialist mentoring for creating a start-up that generates sustainable impact in one of the three areas below:
- Building stronger communities
- Improving health
- Tackling climate change
Organised by University of Gloucestershire and Start and Grow Enterprise, nine Start and Grow clients were in the regional finals last year, with two of them winning.
With a strong commitment to promoting inclusive and diverse entrepreneurship, Ingenuity has created a flexible programme designed to fit alongside your work, study or family commitments, and you can gain one-to-one support from specialist mentors to develop your idea into a business plan and be in with a chance of receiving significant investment and support.
The programme is open to everyone, no matter your background or experience, and if you have an idea or are motivated to see change, Ingenuity is ready to help you get off to the best start, and you can register online.
