I made a small zine for my FMP module titled ‘Just Tell Me’. The zine is a very personal exploration of my emotions with a struggle of my mental health which was amplified by the lockdown situation as well as other personal events.

Creating this zine really helped me in coping with my emotions and I thought it could be good to share in case it could help anyone else who struggles with mental health, even if it just distracted their mind for a few minutes while looking at it.’
