Maths Matters 2020 is suitable for early career teachers at Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 and 2 and is brought to you for the fifth year running by the Primary Maths Team at the University of Gloucestershire, in conjunction with GLOW Maths Hub. This year, our full day conference has a focus on providing support, challenge and enrichment in primary maths.

We are excited to welcome Judy Hornigold, an independent education consultant specialising in dyslexia and dyscalculia, as our keynote speaker.

There will also be a choice of workshops covering topics such as developing fluency, enriching and contextualising maths, providing challenge through reasoning, Early Years maths, greater depth at Key Stage 2, and developing mathematical mindsets. It should be an inspiring and useful day.

Maths Matters 2020 will be held on Friday June 19th, 2020, from 9:00 – 4:00 at Park Campus, University of Gloucestershire, The Park, Cheltenham GL50 2RH
