Dissertation Day!

Dissertation Day is an event where students get to display a poster on their final year project and check out what everyone else is up to! This year’s topics included: the anti-hero in Shakespeare’s tragedies, class and gender in children’s literature, and the adaptations of classic novels for web series. The dissertation allows final year students to undertake research in an area of their choice, supported by a personal supervisor. It’s immensely rewarding and enables students to really develop their own ideas and interests.
