The mass amount of tickets being sold in this way is changing the shape of the industry, making it a less affordable activity for the masses. It is Event Managers responsibility to make sure attendees are not mislead and they can attain their rights as consumers. So, what should they be doing to stop this?<\/p>\n<p>Many steps are being made right now to fight back, but is it enough? Or is there more to be done?<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s a summary of the main issues and actions surrounding tout activity.
