Thinking About Postgraduate Studies in History…?
11th February 2014
Just a note for anyone who might be interested in undertaking postgraduate studies at the University of Gloucestershire – our own Melanie Ilic will be attending this event on Thursday (February 13th) between 16.00 and 19.00 at FCH Campus: read more here.
Undertaking a postgraduate degree in History is an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge in a subject or topic you are interested in, and provides postgraduate students with the chance to undertake an extended piece of research, to write an original piece of work and to develop a wide range of advanced skills. Our postgraduates regularly take part in conferences and research seminars. We offer postgraduate courses (MA, MPhil and PhD) in a broad range of topics – ranging from early modern, modern British, Russian, American history, as well as intellectual, cultural, religious, political, social and environmental history.
As with all courses offered at the University, Gloucestershire provides postgraduate students with a supportive environment and a close-knit community, which is invaluable to those studying with us.
