IDP are seeking a personable, creative and proactive Graduate Landscape Architect to join our multi-disciplinary Team! You will be based at our head office in Coventry and benefit from working across a range of project sizes, types and complexities and across a range of sectors such as residential, education, leisure, health, retail and public realm.

IDP are an inter-disciplinary practice with a reputation for high quality place making and environmental responsiveness through innovative design. We are a well-respected practice in the industry with a reputation for creative thinking and delivery. We have engaging work opportunities in a wide spectrum of sectors, including residential-led masterplanning, strategic land, education, and renewable energy, as well as our involvement in design review, expert witness and academic collaboration.

The Role
We are looking for talented, enthusiastic, and organised team players to join our growing Landscape team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your professional skills and technical ability, working closely with our existing team of experienced and respected Landscape Architects and the wider IDP team. This post will offer the successful candidate a wealth of experience encompassing not only landscape, but also aspects of urban design and masterplanning.

Your Skills
• A Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma or Masters in Landscape Architecture;
• A confident designer with drive and ambition and with a good knowledge of landscape planning;
• A flair for creative design with excellent graphical presentation skills;
• A focussed team player who takes great pride in their project work;
• Good interpersonal communication skills; and
• Ideally you will be proficient in the use of the Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Keyscape and the standard Microsoft packages.
