Our UoG Coffee Morning

In the name of spending responsibly, saving you money and getting you your essential morning coffee, the Live Smart team hosted an event to spread awareness of the Uni’s own coffee brand.

Not One, But Two Live Smart Challenges

We got you thinking by asking for your best creative ideas to save money whilst also benefitting people and the planet

Our first challenge was about saving the University money; devising changes in practice, or conjuring up new innovations to bolster our sustainability work.

Our second challenge was all about students; looking for practical tips and ideas for your day to day student life.

You didn’t disappoint!

A big congratulations to those who stepped up to our challenge. Keep an eye on our social media to see whose innovative thinking earned them £150!

A Whole Host of Short Films

Our student film makers Joe and Bailey have worked hard for the Power Of The Purse theme, producing 5 short films full of hints and tricks for to help you save some time, money, or even effort in the process. Well worth checking out our Facebook page for these student videos!
