Oh dear, surely Peter Singer is not so desperate for media attention to decide to be bait to imbecilic talk show host. The host is surely willing to make himself contrary (an idiot) – so, the host comes off as brilliant, and Peter Singer looks like the butt – if he were more willing to be an idiot, he would look brilliant as well – hmmmm, that didn’t happen – comedian comes off as the better philosopher next to wet, bleeding-hearted, earnest ethicist
