Uni Glos RPE and Heathen’ism’

Today our new level four students were incredibly fortunate to spend a couple hours in the company of Stuart Brogan a prominent spokesperson and author for and in Heathenism. Stuart offered an amazingly interesting insight in to the beliefs, practices and experiences of contemporary heathen spirituality and religion, providing really illuminating examples of his own personal, lived experience. we discussed popular culture, music and ritual ( here we were introduced to the world of the band Hielung) shamanic practice and given a glimpse of the interconnected web of indigeneity and identity that permeate this world of Nordic tradition. We as a group would like to thank Stuart for joining us and we look forward to coming over to your shop in Glastonbury in the spring .
