These tiny books were made by The Whittington Press, whose material forms part of our Gloucestershire Poets, Writers and Artists Collection (GPWA).
Wine from my Garden by Miriam Macgregor (2000) measures just 6cm high whilst Country Calendar : Wood-engravings by Gwenda Morgan (1985) measures 7cm high. Both incorporate both text and gorgeous images.
The University Archives and Special Collections purchase Whittington Press publications such as these (including more human size books!), and their annual journal Matrix, of which we are the only HEI in the UK to hold an entire set.
