Arthur Edward Owen trained to be a teacher at St Paul’s College from 1934-1936. He came from Birmingham and was the son of Albert and Nellie.
He became a Sergeant in the 103rd Squadron RAF when he died on 24 July 1941 aged 25. He was reported missing and presumed killed. Arthur has no known grave and is remembered on the Runnymede Memorial.
