Driving degree apprenticeships forward

Our annual National Apprenticeship Week Event takes place on Wednesday 7 February, exploring skills for life, and showcasing how apprenticeships and ‘returnerships’ can offer opportunities for individuals of all ages, as well as the benefits for employers and the wider economy.

Guest speakers include University Vice-Chancellor, Clare Marchant, and Clare Vertigen, Managing Director of the South West Apprenticeships Company. The event takes place at our Gloucestershire Business School, and you can find out more and register via Eventbrite.

The University has been selected to be part of a new £12 million funding initiative by the Office for Students (OfS) to expand the delivery of high-quality degree apprenticeships to meet the skill needs of employers now and in the future.
