International student Apisit Sakornkajorndej, discusses his recent trip to Portknockie, Scotland and his interest in landscape and travel Photography.

“My interest in landscape and travel photography started from visiting natural magical locations in the UK and getting inspired by many landscape photographers from Thailand. After some research, I decided to visit Portknockie, a small town in Scotland. This was the first time I had travelled alone to a distant location within the UK. I captured this seascape and rock formation at Portknockie which I was very happy with.

I would like to specialize in landscape and travel photography. I am getting more excited about returning to university this September, where I will be able to continue to explore more landscape photography and develop my visual language within my area of specialisation.”
