I created these i.D magazine-inspired portraits, which were influenced by the 1950s and 1960s, for the portrait brief. Both images convey classic old Hollywood glamour in a retro atmosphere, and the subtle grain contributes to this impact and gives the images a vintage feel. I took these photographs with a Mamiya 645 analogue camera, a 150mm F3.5 lens, and ISO 400 colour film.
Cosmetic Brief

For the cosmetic brief, I created this still life photograph, and it was created with an artistic vision similar to that of Charlotte Tilbury and Ian Oliver Walsh. This photograph represents a lipstick trio in an angelic scene for an advertisement.
MAC Nanlite Brief.

I created a dynamic, vibrant portrait for the Nanlite Mac brief, drawing inspiration from the work of Geoffrey Jones and Jake Hicks. I created this bright, colourful light source that spotlights her clothing and her complexion using the Nanlite 5C and two soft boxes with coloured gels on them.
