We are looking for someone to join our office.
Here in the UK our conservation work continues at Hampton Court Palace with the restoration of a kitchen garden. We are also working on an HLF funded project to open Charterhouse Square to the public with Eric Parry Architects, and an HLF funded project to open a new part of the landscape at the Watt’s Gallery in Surrey. Other projects include an estate in Hertfordshire together with David Kohn Architects, Kettles Yard gallery in Cambridge with Jamie Fobert Architects, and a range of projects with Gianni Botsford Architects. Finally, we are working for the Crown Estate Paving Commissioners to create a vision for the reunification of the Nash Landscape-Architecture in and around Regents Park.
Abroad, the practice is currently working on private gardens in Switzerland, Greece, and the south of France. We also have public and commercial projects in Taiwan – a village going on site early next year, Los Angeles – roof terrace for a shop, and France – landscape for a new concert hall.
There are five of us in the office which we share with a further two practices; Jinny Blom and Tom Stuart-Smith. It is a friendly and interesting place to work, and we are dedicated to drinking coffee at coffee time and eating good things at lunch time as well as working.
You would need to be able to work in CAD, photoshop, indesign, and sketchup. We are looking for someone we think will get on well with everyone in the office and be able to discuss and design landscapes as we do. We would agree a salary with you if you are offered the job.
