Visit to Wyevale Nurseries, Kings Acre, Hereford
14th March 2024
The rain held off and we were treated to a friendly, informative visit hosted by Ian and his team who showed us around the stock areas and various operations of the main site, including the more extensive tree nursery a short drive away. We were well prepared for all this following a welcome ‘breakfast’ of drinks and pastries on arrival. Later the lunch was spectacular, but apart from the goodie bags our main takeaway was the feeling that here was a nursery efficiently and professionally set up and run, providing the landscape industry with a full range of plant material.
