2nd year students Steve Mann and Jake Poloni win Rockford Garden Competition

Congratulations to Steve Mann and Jake Poloni who have won the Rockford Garden Competition to create a show garden at the Malvern Autumn Show. You can view the winning entry video here, as well as the other entrants’ projects. The announcement was made at the end of June by Michael Jay of Cellet Travel Services Limited – see below for his comments.

I am happy to announce we have a winner for the Rockford Garden competition.

All the entrants were judged by Tyler Smith (President of Tyler’s Landscaping and Rockford Park District Commissioner), Tim Gruner (Curator, Anderson Japanese Gardens) and Jim Wojtowicz (Klehm Arboretums).

The winner is Steve and Jake! Congrats!

I am collating all their feedback and will get this across to you in due course. Rockford Area CVB was so excited by the designs and the competition that they are sending a press release about the competition and the Malvern Autumn Show in the US, so Steve and Jake I would love to have a quote from you I can send them about your inspiration. Would it be possible to have one ASAP as they want to inform the media?
