LT Studio is offering an exciting opportunity to appoint a talented Graduate Architect or Landscape Architect for our growing practice, working on a variety of prestigious projects. The successful candidate will work on projects through the full design process from concept design, design development, technical and tender stages, construction to final delivery. LT Studio aims to be a different organisation from a conventional practice; we are a progressive, innovative and ambitious team who are committed and focused on producing exceptional work, and who take work/life balance seriously. We operate through collaboration, experimentation, research and education. The role will be flexible to suit both home and office working. The key focus is the client and the project. We will use public transport, cycle and walk as much as possible. We foster a sociable atmosphere with office trips every few months to nourish our creative influences. We are non-corporate; we want to give back to communities; a percentage of our time is
offered free for the benefit of community projects and social enterprises.

Position Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Landscape Architecture
• Strong graphic, verbal and written communications skills to communicate ideas, issues and solutions
• Experience of developing both masterplans and technical/construction drawings and specifications; of translating designs into actual implementation
• Strong project management and co-ordination skills with experience of working under pressure and completing work to the highest standard for deadlines
• Ability to work effectively both individually and with a team
• Strong CAD and Adobe suite skills

Personal Requirements
We are looking for someone who can work both independently and as part of a team. Plenty of enthusiasm, excellent organisation skills, a close attention to detail and the ability to work as a key member of a small team are essential.
