Two Opportunities For Young Playwrights

There are a couple of opportunities out there for our playwrights and dramatists. One of the deadlines is looming (March 11!) so will only be suitable for those with a project ready. But it’s worth looking at as the focus is on writers under 25. The Ashton Group are looking for a 60-minute, one-act play to tour in the north of England. Full details can be found here. Secondly, and with a bit of breathing room on the deadline (March 25), is a submission call for Chester Performs, who are again looking for one-act plays from young writers.
