Glastonbury

RPE students part the veil between this world and the beyond in Glastonbury. Students commented:

‘I particularly enjoyed the walk up the Tor, and the talk at the top. Being in the actual place really put everything into context. Glastonbury was a really interesting trip which allowed me to learn more about new age cultures’.

We managed to ascend the mighty tor in good time and congregated around the heart chakra energy spot. We then went down to take the red and white waters before beginning our exploration of the famous high street. Here students engaged with pre Christian Celticity, Celtic Christianity, Paganism, Druidry, Wicca, The Goddess, Hinduism, Buddhism and Sufism, not to mention the Tarot and healing crystals.

This was a great day and it once again confirmed the claim that the Glastonbury is the best place for RPE students to experience ancient and contemporary religions and spirituality existing harmoniously side by side.
