I would have liked to have heard it.

I don't like to see the Empire giving money to poor countries unless it's absolutely clear there are no strings attached.

So many people gripe about aid given to other countries. It's not because Western nations are altruistic…maybe Sweden would be an exception. Largely it's about manipulation and debt slavery.
